Meet the Product Models: Finn

Meet Finn! Also known by Finley, this young pup isn't yet two years old. He's a purebred American tricolor Corgi. His humans have friends who raise corgis, and they really didn't plan on getting a dog, but when they met the puppies on the day they were born, they couldn't help themselves. Corgis are known for their fun, low-key, relaxed personalities, and Finn is no exception.

Finley is a playful dog who loves to howl   for attention, after he eats (all his littermates do), and when he's satisfied. He's cuddly and adores being around people as much as possible. Finn's not a big barker, and he prefers to stick close to his humans' sides. He just wants you to pet him! He's super friendly and energetic. When Finley meets a new person, he tries to sit under their feet or wiggle himself between their legs so they have to acknowledge (and hopefully pet) him.

Finley was potty trained on the first day and is very smart. He knows how to sit, lay down, and shake. He's been working on rolling over and speaking on command.

Finn gets to go to pig shows and meet other dogs due to his humans' business of selling livestock feed. He really enjoys the atmosphere of pig shows, and since a lot of the humans there know the same breeder, he gets to see his siblings and half-siblings with some regularity! He loves when little kids come up to pet him. He also plays with other Corgis at his humans' friends' home. He gets along well with other animals in general   Finley has a cat friend, and they paw each other back and forth. He's good at pretending he's a cat.

Finley really, really likes to play fetch, and he is known for getting the zoomies. He doesn't chew on things that aren't his, but he might borrow a shoe just to carry it around for a while. Finn has also claimed the only recliner in the house for daytime napping. At night, he sleeps under his humans' bed, which is also where he hides his toys.

As far as pet peeves go, Finley isn't big on hair dryers, leaf blowers, cornhole, carrots, or any dog treat marketed as "healthy"   these things make him want to crawl under the bed or porch and hide.

His perfect day would look like going for a drive, taking a walk, eating a whipped cream treat, playing fetch, and then taking a really long nap. Us too, Finn.

Somebody held a stick behind the camera so he'd look at it.

Thank you to Penny DuSablon for talking to us about Finn.
