Our Palaces are built to be strong and durable, to last the test of time. However, some dogs are incredibly tough chewers. Or maybe a tree fell on your doghouse during a tornado. Or maybe you lost a small yet integral piece when assembling your doghouse   what is a person to do?

Never fear! We have a new, updated place where we sell replacement parts   everything from roofs to thumb screws to reinforcement metal chew guards. Here's a complete list of everything we replace:

Frequently asked questions

Q: Why are the large parts listed as out of stock?

A: Large replacement parts are listed as out of stock because the shipping costs are often twice the cost of the part or more, especially in the case of the CRB. For larger parts, we ask our customers to email us their shipping address, so we can do our best to consolidate items into the cheapest shipping configuration. We don't want people to have to pay more than the cost of the replacement part in order to have it shipped!

Smaller parts are listed as in-stock, but we still need to produce them.


Q: What can I do if part of my Palace is damaged?

A: It's a good idea to send us a picture of the damaged part, so we can help make sure you're getting the right part shipped to you   sometimes people get confused and order the wrong part, and we can help save you time and money if you show us a picture of what you need.

If we see that a cheaper option than replacement is available, we will absolutely tell you. Sometimes, covering something with a chew guard is perfectly sufficient and more affordable than getting an entire new part, and this helps our customers save money and saves us another doghouse in the manufacturing process.


Q: Can I order more replacement parts than I need, or parts to put on a different brand of dog house?

A: We are happy to offer the service of replacement parts! However, there are constraints with any manufacturing process.

We ask that our customers only order the parts they need, and don't order, for example, several roofs or doors to attempt to attach to a different brand of doghouse. Our ability to fulfill orders for full doghouses is impacted heavily by unnecessarily large parts orders.

This is because all of our doghouses are made to order, and the way production is set up, we cannot manufacture just the separate parts we need.

For each order, we must manufacture an entire Palace. We keep the other parts of the Palaces when we can (for other parts orders or for when there is an error in production), but there is limited space available for storage.

There are constraints in any manufacturing process, and we appreciate your patience and consideration with us!


Q: When will you ship my order? Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?

A: If we receive an order by noon, we typically ship the same business day. Otherwise, the items ship the next business day. We always look at cost and speed when considering getting your products to your door. We do not currently offer overnight or expedited shipping.

Our accessory items are smaller and easier to ship than large replacement parts, and we can ship them direct via USPS.

When it comes to shipping heaters in the cold season, we always ship the fastest and most economical method, because we know how important it is that your animals stay warm. If the cost is a couple dollars more to go through a mailing service like FedEx, we will still ship through them if the heater will arrive 2 days faster.

It's good to keep in mind that our busiest time for replacement parts is during the fall and early winter.
